Working as a background actor is great experience for anyone. Whether you have just begun dabbling in the business, or you are veteran in the industry; background work gives you the opportunity to practice your craft while expanding your resume. Abundant networking possibilities, coupled with the knowledge of working sets, is a perfect combination for anyone following their dream of acting in the entertainment industry.
If you are interested in being a background actor, we invite you to attend one of our Weekly Open Calls. At the Open Call, each talent will be registered into our database. The process is short and sweet. We will ask you to fill out profile forms highlighting your special abilities and skills. Next, our photographer will have a brief photo session with you. Finally, to conclude the Open Call, one of our casting directors will lead an informational session about who we are, what we do, and how you hear from us. We will also discuss what we expect from each talent, and most importantly, how you can observe and gain a magnificent cinematic education being part of one of the most fascinating industries in the world.
Once registered, you will receive information on all of our background castings which are appropriate for you.
The Open Call session fee is $25.

All registering talent MUST bring (or have COPIES of):
Drivers License or State Issued ID (College ID not sufficient)
Valid Passport or Social Security card (if you do not have either, know your SS#)
Minors (17 and under): Birth Certificate
A resume and headshot/compcards, if you have one (not required)
Wardrobe: Know your sizes. Suggested outfit: Solid colors, no black, no white.
